This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for coin purchases and other payments made on Yosh Call. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
Coins are virtual in-app currency used to pay for call time and gifts. Because coins are a digital product delivered instantly upon payment confirmation, purchases are final and non-refundable, except as described below or where required by applicable law.
If a payment is deducted from your account but coins are not credited due to a technical error on our end, contact yoshcallapp@gmail.com with your transaction details. We will investigate and, where a genuine failed or duplicate charge is confirmed, either credit the missing coins or refund the payment to your original payment method, typically within 7 business days.
Coin purchases made through Google Play Billing are additionally subject to Google Play's own refund policy. Refund requests for Google Play purchases can also be raised directly with Google.
For purchases made through our other supported payment gateways, the same non-refundable policy in Section 1 applies. If a payment gateway itself reverses or fails to complete a transaction, no coins are credited and you are not charged; if you believe you were charged in error, contact us as described in Section 2.
Withdrawal requests submitted by creators can be cancelled only while still in "Pending" status, before processing has started. Once a withdrawal has been approved and processed, it cannot be cancelled or reversed. We reserve the right to withhold or delay a payout pending investigation of suspected fraud or policy violations, as described in our Terms of Service.
If your account is terminated for violating our Terms of Service, any remaining coin balance is forfeited and is not refundable.
Email yoshcallapp@gmail.com with your registered email/username, the transaction date and amount, and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
