Child Safety Standards

Yosh Call is committed to providing a safe platform for all users and takes child safety extremely seriously. This page describes our standards and practices to prevent child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

1. Age Requirement

Yosh Call is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to register or use the app. We require users to confirm their age during registration and reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this policy.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content that exploits, harms, or endangers minors. The following are strictly prohibited on Yosh Call:

Users can report child safety concerns directly within the app using the in-app report feature on any user profile or call screen. All reports are reviewed promptly.

4. Enforcement

Any account found to be involved in CSAE-related activity will be immediately and permanently banned. We report confirmed violations to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities in India and internationally.

5. Compliance

Yosh Call complies with all applicable child safety laws including the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012 (India) and relevant international regulations. We report CSAM to regional and national authorities as required by law.
